I have been a project manager with Southwest Exteriors for a number of years, and I'm asked this all the time by folks who aren't familiar with HardiePlank® siding: Will HardiePlank ® siding rot, warp, or burn? And the answer is a resounding NO! James Hardie® siding, unlike wood or vinyl siding, will not rot, warp, or burn.
